ePDS – Digital Food-Ration Platform

About Project

The electronic Public Distribution System (ePDS) replaces decades-old paperwork with a secure, citizen-centric digital network that safeguards food security for 38 million Iraqis. Using open-source standards, the platform verifies beneficiaries in seconds, slashes queue times and offers real-time visibility of stock from silo to shop counter. Built-in analytics help policymakers model subsidy costs and detect anomalies long before they become crises.
